Therapy is the debut studio album by English musician Jim Lea, best known as the former bassist and songwriter of the British rock band Slade. Although Therapy is Lea's first solo album, he had previously released material as singles under various pseudonyms since the early 1980s. After the disbanding of Slade in 1992, Lea entered the property business in 1993 and went on to study psychotherapy in 1997, although he did not take it up as a career.

High Anxiety is the seventh full-length album by the band Therapy?, and was the first to be released on Spitfire Records. It was released on 5 May 2003. The album was recorded from December 2002 to January 2003 at Parkgate Studios in Hastings. High Anxiety" was the first album to feature drummer Neil Cooper, and the last recorded with guitarist/cellist Martin McCarrick, who departed in 2004. The album has a similar production value to Troublegum, and is a return to that albums’ sense of melodic punk.

Since forming in Northern Ireland in 1989, Therapy? have released 12 albums, two mini-albums, four compilations and a live collection. Here’s how the trio’s considerable back catalogue fare. Shameless (2001). This is the first album we did with Neil on the drums. At the time, the record label took a bit of a punt on us and we got to record the album down at the again now-defunct Parkgate Studios in Hastings. We had about two or three weeks to do it and we made it with our live engineer Pete Bartlett, who’d made records with Lush and The Jesus and Mary Chain.
