Comprised of live concert recordings during his extensive tour of Spain in 2010, this CD presents a more profound De Lucía - an artist who has reached the peak of his artistic maturity. The new version of the now septet features De Lucía's handpicked lineup of musicians, some of whom have been touring with him since 2004's Grammy winning "Cositas Buenas": Cuban electric latin/jazz bassist, Alain Perez; percussionist Israel Suarez Escobar "Piraña"; virtuoso harmonica/keyboard player Antonio Serrano; the renowned singer "Duquende" ; De Lucía's nephew. The album is pretty good but not the best sounding live recording. Paco's playing is also not at his best but it's cool to hear how me seamlessly mixes may of his tunes together in a single number. The harmonica solo on Zyryab is down right jaw dropping and pretty much worth the price of the CD.
