Greatest Hits is a compilation album by Icelandic musician and singer Björk, released on 8 November 2002 through One Little Indian. Although not all of Björk's singles are included on this collection, all of the songs on Greatest Hits were released as singles.

Björk closed out her first decade as a solo artist with the retrospective Björk's Greatest Hits. The following year, Björk released her Greatest Hits compilation, a companion box-set, Family Tree, and a series of live albums, collected in the Live Box box set. In 2004, Björk released her fifth studio album, titled Medúlla, composed almost entirely using human voices and sounds. Its first promotional single, "Oceania", was commissioned by the International Olympic Committee for the 2004 Summer Olympics and debuted at the 2004 Summer Olympics opening ceremony in Athens. On the CD sides, it includes the original albums, while the DVD sides contain each album remastered in Dolby Digital and DTS 96/24 . surround sound. The album is called ’Greatest Hits’ I am just wondering what your general feelings about ’Greatest Hits’ albums are. Does a ’Greatest Hits’ album give a good synopsis of an artists’ career ? I think, like with everything, there are a lot of bad ’Greatest Hits’ albums and there are a lot of good ones. Just like with everything, the percentage is : some are 10% good and 90 % are rubbish. Although I still think it’s worth the risk to at least try. There are some ’Greatest Hits’ albums out there that I have loved, with music I am not so familiar with
