An excellent, underestimated release, The A side delivers a driving bassline, thudding kick and some spacey sounds that do very well on good headphones at night. The real treat on this release is on the flipside though. The 2020 Soundsystem remix is pure class! It has a habit of working itself into mixes every time, the strings, cloud synths and percussion give the whole thing a dreamy feel.. The 4th of these lush 5 minutes holds they key to why I like it so much though, the pitch-bending disco sounds, reminiscent of Space Dimension Controller's "Love Quadrant" give the whole thing a romantic and cosmic feel that I can't get enough of.
