High Gear is um, not bad, but neither is it anything like as good as Jungle Fever which, despite being only a tad over 36 mins, is (almost) all excellent from first to last. If you like Neil Larsen, this is his best effort and a must for your modern jazz collection. The music on this album/CD is Funtastic.
