Nancy Vieira (born 1975) is a Cape Verdean singer who was born in Guinea-Bissau and currently resides in Portugal. Vieira was born in 1975 in Guinea-Bissau to Cape Verdean parents, she later moved to Cape Verde and her family returned, when she was a child, she immigrated to Lisbon when she was 14. Outside Portugal and Cape Verde, she performed on stage in the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, the United States, Angola and a couple of others.
Baba ZuLa go to great lengths to provide their fans with a unique live show experience. Their ritual like performances are a mixture of disciplines of art, often featuring belly dancers, elaborate costumes, poetry, theatre and live drawing, delivering viewers a tantalizing audio-visual feast. By mixing oriental instruments such as the darbuka, electric saz, and spoons with electronics and modern sounds, BaBa ZuLa creates a sound all their own called istanbul psychedelia.

A native of Buenos Aires, Caceres has resided in Paris since 1968. Although his first three albums - Malon in 1972, Gotan in 1979, and Tangofon in 1992 - were instrumental, he unveiled his singing talents with his album Solo in 1993.
