Steve Moore biography Steve Moore is a American muscian and film soundtrack composer best known for being half of the group Zombi. Steve's solo music is similar to the sound of Zombi; neo Berlin School, with lots of Goblin and other horror movie soundtrack influence, with hints of Disco. In addition to composing and producing music, Steve runs the cassette label, VCO, which has released many high quality cassettes.

This gathering of quiet friends--this experience of hearing the mutual resonation to a sound and space we each, in our own way, connect to--stirs so many complex and wonderful emotions for me. In every piece, I can sense that inexplicable yearning and desire to enter into the limitless space, wonder, and quiet depth of just being. This was the seed for Structures From Silence. The authenticity of connecting to the present moment is so alive here. Steve Roach steveroach. Mastered by Rudy Ensueno (iensueno. com) Cover art by Brad Ross-MacLeod (after Daniel Pezza).

Robert Steven Moore (born January 18, 1952), also known as R. Stevie Moore or RSM, is an American t, singer, and songwriter who pioneered lo-fi/DIY music. Often called the "godfather of home recording", he is one of the most recognized artists of the cassette underground, and his influence is particularly felt in the bedroom and hypnagogic pop artists of the post-millennium.

Beloved Exile is the US synthesist’s first non-soundtrack album in over five years, and is a collaboration with harpist Mary Lattimore, Tunisian singer-songwriter Emel Mathlouthi and percussionist Jeff Gretz. According to the label, Beloved Exile takes inspiration from vintage ambient synth libraries, new age music and menacing horror movies.
