The Stone Roses - The Remixes. I find it difficult to understand who this CD was marketed at, I picked it up for £2 and still felt I'd wasted my cash. If you are a Stone Roses lover there is really very little here to get you excited. Most of the remixes are poor at best, even those by established acts of the same period disappoint. I was leaving school and starting to earn my way when the Stone Roses where blasting from the clubs on Student Night, so it was with half my paltry YTS wage that I bought their album, my first CD. That disc is still in my multichanger today, along with this remix album which has become my "driving home on a Friday" feelgood soundtrack, with it's heavily bassed mixes it is the perfect bassy build up to the weekend. man, to be 17 again!!!
