Katzen Kapell is nothing but one of Sweden’s most original and unusual bands. Their original compositions evoke suburbia melancholy, oriental romance and a dual sense of comedy and boldness. They have recorded 4 albums and appears on the compilation "Rough Guide to Scandinavia",released in 2012. Katzen Kapell have performed in the US, Sweden, Netherlands and Belgium.
Katzen Kapell have toured in Sweden and given concerts in The Netherlands, Belgium and the US. They have also performed with vaudeville artists and in theatres in Stockholm and released four CD's "Katzen Kapell" 1994 and "Alla hatar min man" 1998 (out of print,sorry!) and two recent releases from Ragadang Records: "Si Tu Veux" (2007) and "Maximalism" (2008).
