Miel Noir started out as the solo-project of DIMO DIMOV. After the first three releases MARCEL P. joined the project, first as a live-musician and later also in the studio. Since the release of WABENHEIM in 2010 Miel Noir has undergone a radical expansion, turning it from an experimental 1-man-project into a full-blown band covering a wide variety of styles. Miel Noir "Mk1" (Dimo Dimov): 2007 - Le Cabarét Grotesque 2008 - Weiss 2009 - Der Honigflügel. Later Marcel P. joined the project. Recorded, produced and mastered at Dungeon Studio (Rhenania) between 2015 and 2016. Additional recordings were made at Studio Vitosha 4, Bavaria and Haus zur letzten Latern, Austria. Dedicated to Stefan (20.01.1976 – 23.05.2016).This limited edition comes as a 2CD-case wrapped in a banderole. It contains the album HONEY-BEAT and the 3-track bonus-EP THE TEMPLE AND THE TRIGGER plus an insert.
30 numbered copies were for sale. 15 additional copies with name-dedications were given out to the people involved in the release.
The song "At The Doorsteps Of Our Temple" is a cover of the Die Weisse Rose track by the same name which was released on the album "A Martyrium Of White Roses" in 2009.
