Erasure - World Be Gone album flac

World Be Gone is the 17th studio album by English synthpop duo Erasure. The album was released through Mute Records on 19 May 2017 in the UK, and 20 May 2017 in North America. The album reached on the UK Album charts but it fell out of the Top 100 in the next week. In February 2017, it was announced via the Erasure Information Service newsletter that a new album project had been launched on Pledgemusic.

Erasure are delighted to confirm that they are to release a brand new live album, ‘World Be Live’, in June. The album was recorded across the band’s recent London shows at the Eventim Apollo in Hammersmith and completes the trilogy of album releases around the ‘World Be Gone’ project which started with 2017’s ‘World be Gone’ album and continued with the orchestral re-imagining of those songs, ‘World Beyond’, in March of this year.

World Be Gone is their best album so far. I know a lot of people don't seem to be into it, but I think it's great. I think thar world be gone is better than love boat but thats just my opinion

London synthpop veterans Erasure will return with their 17th (!) studio effort this spring. Titled World Be Gone, it serves as the follow-up to 2014’s The Violet Flame. Due for arrival on May 19th via Mute, the forthcoming album spans 10 tracks and features production from the group’s own Andy Bell and Vince Clarke. It’s said to be a reflective and hopeful record focused on the present-day, giving the world and recent political upheavals a thoughtful examination, according to a press release. I’m hoping that people will take the album in a positive way, that they’ll use it as optimistic rabble-rousing music. Another good album by Erasure. Certainly not their best album ever but still very listenable slightly leaning towards a more melancholy sound than their previous 'Violet Flame'. album which was very upbeat/pop/clubby.
