Martyn Jackson is a composer and post rock musician from Bristol, UK. In 2010, Jackson recorded the Madison Square EP with producer, Jamie Ward (maybeshewill, Dark Dark Horse). In 2012, he began to compose, record and produce his debut album, "Home", which was released on the 7th May 2013. It was then remastered by Ryan Williams (ex-Black Dahlia Murder) and re-released on November 21st 2013.
The Jacksons is the eleventh studio album by the Jacksons, the band's first album for CBS and under the name "the Jacksons," following their seven-year tenure at Motown as "the Jackson 5". Jackson 5 member Jermaine Jackson stayed with Motown when his brothers broke their contracts and left for Epic, and he was replaced by youngest Jackson brother Randy. The album was released in 1976 for Epic Records and Philadelphia International Records as a joint venture.
Martin Jackson (born 30 August 1955 in Manchester, England) is a British drummer who has played with several bands from Manchester, although his most successful roles were with Magazine in 1978 with the release of the influential Real Life album, and Swing Out Sister in 1986, with the hit song "Breakout". 30 August 1955 (age 63).
