Depressive Silence was a dungeon synth duo from Breisach, Germany, formed by B. Schmidt (keyboards, vocals) and Ral (keyboards, guitars). For this remastering session we even bought an old 8 tracking ADAT from Tascam machine to get the best results out of the ancient mastering tapes (therefore there's a small digital noise in "Düsterwald" (last song of DS on the B side) because we didn't want to take ordinary cassette-tape rips. The problem is to get such a special ADAT machine these days because every company had there own DAT format and there's no Chance in converting this tape without the original machine. And unfortunately the tapes got damage because of wrong storage. But in the end we suceeded
