Goo Goo Dolls (グー・グー・ドールズ Gū Gū Dōruzu) is the Stand of Gwess featured in Stone Ocean. Goo Goo Dolls is a tiny humanoid Stand no taller than a mouse with a cylindrical head, mechanical joints and robotic arms. It has thorn-like structures on its head and upper torso with a set of sharp teeth from its always open mouth. Its design is based on a mummified monkey. Goo Goo Dolls is purple in the colored manga.

The Goo Goo Dolls formed in 1985 in Buffalo, New York. Guitarist/vocalist Johnny Rzeznik, bassist Robby Takac, and drummer George Tutuska initially banded together under the name the Sex Maggots - their new moniker was chosen from an ad in True Detective magazine at the behest of a local club owner. Originally a cover band with a taste for power pop and classic rock & roll, the group soon began writing original songs. Goo Goo Dolls (also known as First Release) is the eponymous debut studio album by American rock band Goo Goo Dolls, released on June 9, 1987 by Mercenary and Celluloid Records. All of the songs were sung by bassist Robby Takac, who was originally the band's lead vocalist.
