Renzo Barbera (Palermo, 19 April 1920 – Palermo, 20 May 2002) was an Italian businessman and the chairman of Italian football club . Città di Palermo from 1970 to 1980. He was nicknamed "Presidentissimo" and "The Last Leopard". During his presidency the "rosanero" team reached two Coppa Italia finals in 1974 (against Bologna) and in 1979 (against Juventus).

It was as if he had touched down in some sort of tropical paradise in which the wild things run free and feelings were banished into the abyss. Far away there was a life of strife, trouble and pain but it was but a distant memory upon the mystical shores of Renzo Barbera. Palermo Disco Squad is special.

Stadio Renzo Barbera is located in the north of Palermo at about . kilometres from its historic city centre, 3 kilometres from the port, and just over 5 kilometres from the central railway station. Beach area Mondello lies about 6 kilometres further north. It’s a long, but pleasant walk from the historic city centre following the wide and leafy Via della Liberta north to the stadium. It will take you roughly 45 minutes from Piazza Castelnuovo in the centre.

Poi metteteci un albero. Ecco come potrebbe diventare.
