The guitars on the album navigate riffs of various kinds; ultra fast tremolo picked figure, chuggier slow riffs (this is one of the albums that can do low, repeated chugs without being faux), and technical figures, all with tight and groovy precision, while the guitar solos are excellent throughout, with a bluesy feel and plenty of melody.

The album was released on the Progress Red Labels in July 1993. This album is actually the most technically accomplished album Konkhra have made so far as they opted for a more simple groove oriented style on subsequent albums. The vocals on the album are influenced by the high pitched sneer/ deep guttural growl Carcass vocal style, which means that you have two vocalists who compliment each other on most tracks. Seldom have I heard this pulled off as powerful as here. The vocals on this album are very aggressive and brutal.

The third album, 'Spit Or Swallow', was produced by DISMEMBER drummer Fred Estby and Tomas Skogsberg, at the famed Sunlight Studio in Stockholm. This album was pushed KONKHRA to the status of being Progress Records best selling act. In support of the record the band toured Europe in 1995 on a bill alongside DEICIDE and SUFFOCATION.
