Ramones Mania is a compilation album by the American punk rock band the Ramones. It was released on May 31, 1988 through Sire Records and consists of 30 Ramones songs, including some single versions ("Sheena Is a Punk Rocker," "Needles & Pins" and "Howling at the Moon"), a single B–side ("Indian Giver") and one previously unreleased song (the film version of "Rock 'n' Roll High School").
Ramones Mania is a relentless collection of 30 tracks from the Ramones' first ten albums, ranging from the classic Ramones to the less-than-classic Halfway to Sanity. Although not all of their great '70s songs are included, it boils down the highlights from the inconsistent '80s albums quite effectively, making it a useful summation of their peak period, even if the sequencing is not chronological. 1. The album contains a booklet with a short history of the Ramones, including the release dates of all their albums
There are 30 tracks in all, and each Ramones album is represented. These inventors of punk rock were a huge influence on subsequent punk groups, as well as the new wave/post punk movement. This CD is a great purchase for that party at home, or just to appreciate some great music.

Ramones Mania" isn't a studio album; it's a very large collection of Ramones songs, 30 in total. This album features earlier well-known songs, such as "I Wanna Be Sedated" and "Teenage Lobotomy". The cd was released in late May of 1988, so none of the song's off "Brain Drain" through "Adios Amigos!" are on here, though the song selection remains several great choices. The first ten songs are classics, most of these are the band's best-known songs.
Ramones Mania " is a compilation disc of their "greatest hits," if you can even call them that - no Ramones record went gold until this one. Of course, being that the songs are as short as they are, a lot of songs can fit on one album and " Ramones Mania " is a good example of that - thirty songs on one CD. Keep in mind though, this is not European Punk Rock. New York Punk Rock is closer to what you would call New Wave music, but at the same time, it's still definitely Punk
