This album is an acoustic cardiogram from one of the many summer days that I spent in my native village of Malyi Atyazh in the trans-Ural region. Qixia is a collection of audible views that explore the Qixia district in Nanjing, China. Listening events recorded either with Zoom H4n or iPhone 4.

For the first of two release for Netlabel Day 2015, we have a debut release on Happy Puppy by the musician, writer, listener and Vuzh Music netlabel head c. Reider. c. has a huge catalog of work as an early champion of the Creative Commons movement, and even before that with mailing good old-fashioned cassette tapes around the world for years.
