Sepultura's fifth album, Chaos . was released in 1993. is not a death metal album, the album does include elements of thrash metal music. ranks as one of the greatest. We will have our own flags, our own anthem. A recording of Max Cavalera's last live show with Sepultura, titled Under a Pale Grey Sky, was released in 2002 by Roadrunner Records. After recording Revolusongs, an EP of covers in 2002, the band released their ninth studio album, Roorback, in 2003. Despite receiving greater critical acclaim than its predecessors, sales remained low.

Under a Pale Grey Sky (2002). Nation is the eighth studio album by the Brazilian metal band Sepultura, released in 2001 through Roadrunner Records. Nation features guest appearances from artists such as Hatebreed singer Jamey Jasta, Dead Kennedys singer Jello Biafra, Ill Niño singer Cristian Machado, Ratos de Porão frontman João Gordo and Apocalyptica. According to the official site, a video for "One Man Army" was scheduled to be filmed at the end of August 2001. However, due to a lack of support from Roadrunner Records, the video was never made

Under A Pale Grey Sky documents the very last concert performed by the original Sepultura line-up, at London’s Brixton Academy on December 16, 1996. The reasons for this album release have been debated on many message boards (including theories regarding the motives of Roadrunner). But it’s still an important release as it marks a period of time in metal where one of its flagbearers was splintering and about to break apart. If you’re only a recent convert to metal and want to a good introduction to classic Sepultura over 2 discs, then this isn’t a bad place to start. Personally, my all-time.
