Justo Betancourt's third Fania recording pairs him with Fania's musical director, Johnny Pacheco, producing an exceptional combination of talents; Pacheco's tipico approach and Betancourt's uncompromising timing and swing suit each other to a tee. "Tu Mal Comportamiento" received ample promotional coverage in 1971. Matanzas" refers to the singer's hometown in Cuba. Con los Pies Camino," "Fúgala," "No Te Enojes," and "Soy el Mismo" are nothing short of superior.

In 1968, Betancourt signed to the Fania Records label. His debut was El Explosivo, but it was not until Los Dinamicos (1971), a collaboration with Pacheco, and his 1972 Pa Bravo Yo, that his popularity really started to grow. The title track of Betancourts 1972 album was a massive hit and has achieved classic status. In 1972 he relocated to Puerto Rico and became a big star there. He organized a band of 13 young Puerto Rican musicians that he called Borincuba - to reflect the combination of a Cuban with Puerto Ricans (Borinquen is the original Taino Indian name for the island)
Agustín de Betancourt y Molina (Russian: Августин Августинович де Бетанкур, tr. His work ranged from steam engines and balloons to structural engineering and urban planning. As an educator, Betancourt founded and managed the Spanish Corps of Engineers and the Saint Petersburg Institute of Communications Engineers.
