Etta James was always one of my preferred singer and this album is one of her best interpretations. Plus the recording is perfect. Few can equal Etta James in anything she does; this album is no exception. Gospel, R&B, Jazz, Pop and Rock and Roll are all included in this album, sometimes in the same song. A must for any Etta fan. Perhaps one of the best albums she's every produced. Best version of "O Happy Day" I've ever heard. Etta makes old standards new with her unique performances.
