Neidermeyer's Mind is a demo tape by the nu metal band Korn. It was produced by Ross Robinson and released in 1993. The demo is a rarity, but finished versions of the songs appeared on subsequent Korn albums. Before Korn even developed a name, they had moved into a small house together in Huntington Beach, California, south of Los Angeles, where they began working on songs. Later they rented a studio from Jeff Creath, the same person who let lead singer Jonathan Davis live in his garage.

Killing Time is the twelfth track off of American Heavy Metal band Metallica 's cover album Garage, Inc. disc two. Originally performed by the Northern Irish band Sweet Savage, not to be confused with the American band of the same name, it was first covered by Metallica on the B-side of the The Unforgiven single.

The Killing Time was a period of conflict in Scottish history between the Presbyterian Covenanter movement, based largely in the south west of the country, and the government forces of Kings Charles II and James VII. The period, roughly from 1680 to the Glorious Revolution of 1688, was subsequently called The Killing Time by Robert Wodrow in his The History of the Sufferings of the Church of Scotland from the Restoration to the Revolution, published in 1721–22
