Glam Slam is the fourth song on Prince's tenth album Lovesexy, and, two months after the album's release, Glam Slam was released as the album's second single. It was not included on the The B-Sides compilation, but was instead included as a b-side on the European single Pink Cashmere and its UK counterpart single, Controversy. Basic tracking took place in December 1987 at Paisley Park Studios.
