Working Poor - Single. Working Poor is the current state of our country. We have been abandoned by the ruling class. We have been reduced to a country of divisive slogans designed to keep us down. Working Poor is for the millions of people who work two and three jobs and still can't make ends meet

Negrito made a record deal with Prince's former manager, and later, in 1993, made another deal, this one with Interscope Records. On January 9, 1996, he released his first album, The X Factor, under the mononym Xavier. The album was released on Lexington House Records and distributed by Interscope.

The word "Negrito" is the Spanish diminutive of negro, used to mean "little black person". Contemporary usage of an alternative Spanish epithet, Negrillos, also tended to bundle these peoples with the pygmy peoples of Central Africa, based. on perceived similarities in stature and complexion.
