Head of the Lizard is a reasonably well produced (Tascam 16 track) c/punkish Minneapolis garage-band LP. Paralon Security was one of those bands that just as their star was rising in 1986/1987 - they were crashing and burning as a functioning band, for all the usual reasons - LOL. As a consequence of this release and a growing interest in the Minneapolis 1980's/1990's underground scene, Paralon Security reformed and has been playing again and releasing new material on the fabulous Go Johnny Go label. I of course am one of the original members and I think this stuff is pretty svelte :- ) What I can tell you for sure is that Paralon Security is one of the early Channel 83 bands. Head of the Lizard is very indicative of what was happening in Minneapolis at the time - . Thanks for reading - Michael Morley aka Mad Max Rand from Paralon Security.

Lizard is the third studio album by British progressive rock band King Crimson, released in December 1970 by record label Island. It was the second recorded by a transitional line-up of the group that never had the opportunity to perform live, following In the Wake of Poseidon. This is the only album by the band to feature bassist and vocalist Gordon Haskell, apart from his appearance on the song "Cadence and Cascade" from the previous album, and drummer Andy McCulloch as official members of the band.

Liar is the third studio album by American alternative rock band The Jesus Lizard, released in 1992 by Touch and Go Records.

2. CD MASTERS & ARTWORK: If you wish to press CDs you will need to download the DDP master and CD Artwork template. The DDP master is the format used for identifying information on optical discs. There are physical limitations to what the head of the lathe can produce when cutting vinyl. For this reason these files will not sound normal on generic Hi Fi speakers. Only use this master if you wanna press vinyl. It will contain a Side A and a Side B WAV file as well as a PQ log for both sides with metadata for the pressing plant.

Head On/Pill is a psychedelic journey that incorporates elements of kraut-rock and psych-rock masterfully. The song is an amalgamation of two parts, as the psychedelic mellowness of Head On transitions into a fast paced jam on Pill. Despite the song being 16-minutes long, Stu Mackenzie’s vocals are always around to keep the attention of the track focused. The congruity of the seven-piece comes naturally as years of garage rock jams have taught the group to find the pocket and stay in it together. In 2014, Head On/Pill was released as a stand-alone single.

Head of the Lizard is a reasonably well produced (Tascam 16 track) power-pop/psychedelic/punkish Minneapolis garage-band LP. Paralon Security was one of those bands that just as their star was rising in 1986/1987 - they were crashing and burning as a functioning band, for all the usual reasons - *LOL*. Head of the Lizard was just finished and supposed to be released on Channel 83 records, but almost the day it was finished - the band broke up and Head of the Lizard sat in "the can" until the great Johnny Kass, a Minneapolis music legend - heard this unreleased "master-piece"*LOL* and signed Paralon Security to a record (cassette) deal 27 years later. As a consequence of this release and a growing interest in the Minneapolis 1980's/1990's underground scene, Paralon Security reformed and has been playing again and releasing new material on the fabulous Go Johnny Go label.I of course am one of the original members and I think this stuff is pretty svelte :- ) What I can tell you for sure is that Paralon Security is one of the early Channel 83 bands. Head of the Lizard is very indicative of what was happening in Minneapolis at the time - D.I.Y. Thanks for reading - Michael Morley aka Mad Max Rand from Paralon Security.
