Sadistic Tendencies was the first Rude 66 album since the last ones on the ‘old’ Bunker Records 027 and 028 more than 10 years before: from 1997 on I only made EP’s. A lot of things had changed since then: My studio got a lot bigger, I had a bit more of an idea what I was doing, and the biggest change was Shaunna’s input as vocalist, making the tracks no longer purely instrumental. So in 2007 and 2008, we set to work on what would become Sadistic Tendencies first tracks were released as singles: As and The 1000 Year Storm. These appeared in shorter versions on the original album
