Up to Now is the first compilation album by alternative rock band Snow Patrol. The album features tracks spanning Snow Patrol's fifteen-year music career, including tracks from The Reindeer Section, a oup involving musicians from all over Scotland. The album was released in early November 2009, primarily as a two-disc set and a three-disc digipak format containing one DVD of bonus material.

Up To Now. "Please retry". I do. I always liked Snow Patrol's singles. However I listened to one of their albums on Youtube and found some of the album tracks not for me. Anywa, wanting their singles I took a dare. This was the cheaper collection album; the other being Best of, which was twice as much.

Snow Patrol's latest release, Up To Now, is a greatest hits compilation from their first 15 years, covering five studio albums. Including some of their best-loved songs, such as Chasing Cars, Set Down Your Glass, Run, and You Could Be Happy, Up To Now is a 30 track double album. The release includes their singles, rare releases, album tracks, cover songs, and even a few new songs. They also include some original songs by the Reindeer Section, an indie Scottish super group, coordinated by the front man for Snow Patrol, Gary Lightbody.

As Snow Patrol's audience modestly expanded, the trio relocated to Glasgow upon graduation. Their second full-length album, When It's All Over We Still Have to Clear Up, was released in April 2001. Jeepster dropped the band from its roster that same year, however, prompting Lightbody to blow off steam by forming the Reindeer Section, a Scottish supergroup featuring members of Mogwai and Belle and Sebastian. He also continued writing songs for Snow Patrol, including a promising ballad entitled "Run. Rather than record another album after the tour, however, they chose to release the comprehensive Up to Now, a compilation spanning Snow Patrol's 15-year history. Lightbody and Simpson also teamed up to compile a mix album, LateNightTales, which featured the band's own take on INXS' "New Sensation.
