Patsy Cline is a studio album by American country music singer, Patsy Cline, released on August 5, 1957. This was the debut album by Cline and would be one of three studio albums Cline would record during her lifetime. Cline's debut album produced two singles. Her first single "Walkin' After Midnight," was released in 1957 and became both a Top 20 pop smash and a classic.

The most immediately shocking thing about Shirley Collins’ seventh album is that it exists at al. She last released a new album in 1978, by which point her voice was already, she claimed, letting her down in the wake of a messy split from her husband, fellow musician Ashley Hutchings. Said to the lord to his lady, I am now going out, sings Collins to an accompaniment of acoustic guitar and birdsong recorded in her back garden, and immediately you think: uh-oh.

Album Patsy Cline Showcase. Crazy, I'm crazy for feeling so lonely I'm crazy, crazy for feeling so blue. Crazy was written by Willie Nelson in 1961, early in his career. According to Nelson, the song was originally called, Stupid. It was recorded by Patsy Cline and went to number two on the Billboard Country chart in 1962. She initially hated the song, but her husband, Charlie Dick, convinced her to record it.

Anne Shirley accepts a teaching position at a girls boarding school in a town dominated by a rich and belligerant family determined to make her life miserable.
