Cypress Hill featuring Tom Morello - Rise Up album flac

Rise Up is the eighth studio album by Cypress Hill, which was released on April 20, 2010. It is their first album of new material in six years, following 2004's Till Death Do Us Part, and their first to be released on EMI's Priority Records, their first venture away from Columbia, who handled all of their previous releases. There was a gap of six years between Till Death Do Us Part and Rise Up, the longest between studio albums of Cypress Hill's recording career at the time of release.

Rise Up" is the second single from Cypress Hill's eighth studio album, Rise Up. It features guitarist Tom Morello. The song is very similar in style to Tom Morello's recently reformed band Rage Against the Machine. The song appeared in several video games, TV shows and films including The Green Hornet, Silicon Valley, Guitar Hero Live and Zero Dark Thirty. The Los Angeles Clippers used the song as their home theme for the 2010-11 NBA season prior the Baron Davis trade.

Cypress Hill have released a video for the explosive lead single/title track from their highly anticipated new album Rise Up, featuring Rage Against The Machine guitarist Tom Morello (who also produced and co-wrote the track). Morello actually appears a couple of times on the Californian rappers new full-length, first on title track ‘Rise Up´ and then on the album´s penultimate song, ‘Shut ‘Em Down´. Morello said, "It was great to work with my longtime friends and comrades Cypress Hill on these two monster rock tracks. Cypress are back with a vengeance!" In addition, another great guitarist, Daron Malakian (of metal innovators System Of A Down), crops up on album track ‘Trouble Seeker´, which he also produced. Best of the former is the title track with special guest Tom Morello from Rage Against the Machine, while the best of the latter is the strain-listing . produced by B Real and Cypress-associate Sick Jacken. Somewhere in between is the slay-and-toke Light It Up where B-Real offers I eat MCs up, you might wanna ease up/I squeeze on the trigger like I squeeze on a C-cup, while producer Pete Rock brings the soul with a Barry White sample. Usual producer Muggs only turns in two cuts, one being the dusty-sounding heart wrencher Take My Pain with Everlast on the bluesy chorus.
