Showaddywaddy are a pop/rock group from Leicester, England. They specialise in revivals of hit songs from the 1950s and early 1960s as well as original material and dress as Teddy Boys. Showaddywaddy spent a total of 209 weeks on the UK Singles Chart, and had 10 Top Ten singles, with one reaching number one. Contents. The band currently consists of one remaining original member, Romeo Challenger, along with guitarist Ray Hatfield (who joined January 2017 when Paul Dixon left), vocalist Andy Pelos, keyboardist Dean Loach, and drummer Rob Hewins (all of whom joined in October 2011), as well as bassist Billy Norman who joined the band in January 2018.
