Supposedly Morrissey contemplated releasing a second solo album entitled Bona Drag, but gave up the idea to release a compilation of singles and B-sides also called Bona Drag. The reception of it was not kind. Well, call me too faithful a Moz-follower, but I think BD is one of several high lights in the Moz career. Bona Drag is a good album. Morrissey is a genius. The lyrics are amazing, the instrumentals are terrific, and Morrissey has a lovely voice. My fav morrissey compilation album was my early burglary years but it was never realesed on vinyl so this became my next choice. Good pick, loved all the bonus tracks. It came with a huge poster of morrissey and i honestly don’t know what to do with it hehe.
