Michael Learns to Rock (also known as MLTR) is a Danish Soft Rock, Pop Rock band, composed of Jascha Richter, Mikkel Lentz, Kåre Wanscher, and Søren Madsen. The band was formed in 1988 and have sold over 11 million records over the course of their career, with the majority sold in Europe & Asia. Despite being Danish, the band performs songs in English, due to their failed attempts of fame in the United States
Michael Learns to Rock is the sixth studio album by Danish soft rock band Michael Learns to Rock. It was released on February 9, 2004 by Medley Records (EMI). The album was re-titled Take Me to Your Heart in Asia. In Denmark, "Frostbite" was released as the lead single in 2003, followed by "Final Destination" and "Salvation". Michael Learns to Rock performed "Frostbite" and "Final Destination" at Dansk Melodi Grand Prix 2004 on February 7, 2004.
Nothing to Lose is the fourth studio album of the Danish soft rock band Michael Learns to Rock. It was released on September 12, 1997 by Medley Records in Denmark. Like the previous album, Played on Pepper (1995), it was mainly produced by the band itself. Guitar player Mikkel Lentz said the band programmed new beats during the mixing process as they wanted to experiment a bit more with this album

Michael Learns to Rock released their self-titled debut album in 1991, and earned a release in America through Impact Records. Cleveland Int'l provided distribution for 1993's Colours, 1995's Played on Pepper, and 2002's Blue Night. Though the band remained unknown in the Western Hemisphere, Asian audiences continued to make them one of the most popular artists in the region.
