Bastard Noise is an American noise band founded in 1991 by musicians Eric Wood, Henry Barnes, and W. T. Nelson. The project started as a type of sister band to the trio's previous group Man Is The Bastard. While Man Is the Bastard broke-up in late 1997, the Bastard Noise project continued and acts as Wood's current project. Early recordings from the group's extensive discography were mostly self-released and predominately featured only electronics and vocals.

This was actually released in early 1998. I always hoped there was more of the BN collaborative session somewhere, since the running time is so short. And does anyone have info on how many beige vs. white covers there were?
Hurus
The original black and white cover edition was 100 copies to be accurate ! PETER ZINCKEN in The Netherlands released this. The release date year is 1995. This was NOT released in 1998 ! I never got any copies of the beige cover version (which is lame at but what can I say ?) but it was more than likely the balance of 150 copies (or 50 copies that were beige to be exact) Cheers !

Thanks for correcting the year of release. I'd like to add that the very first copies came with white covers. Still don't have info on whether the beige ones were included in the edition of 150.

I have been in regular contact with Eric Wood since the early 90's, and this is one of many releases he tipped me off about during the preparatory stages. I got in contact with Peter Zincken of Nihilistic Recordings/New Noise and he updated me by email when this record was ready to order. That was in late winter or early spring of 1998.
