Tha Morbid One first started off as Cryptik X. He had ran several labels before being picked up by local label Brain Dead Projex "). Unfortunately, a month after the release of "Tales from the Afterlife", Cryptik X was given the pink slip from Unstable Entertainment. Two months later, he dropped a long lost EP "Genetically Evil" and signed onto Butchered Beat Productionz to begin his first LP entitled "Self-Titled, Self-Inflicted.

Cryptic is the seventh full-length studio album by the Swedish death metal band Edge of Sanity, released on December 1, 1997 by Black Mark Production.
