The Sophomores are an African-American Hip-Hop duo who met at and graduated from Morehouse College in Atlanta, GA. Representing their respective cities, Los Angeles & New York, Justin & Ray came together to form the 13th Legion. This mix-tape "The Annexation," stands for "the annexation" of their two cities, as well as the mind-state to unify & overcome different obstacles.
