Into The Mirror Live, Black Reflections is live promotional EP of the band Sanctuary recorded on May 12, 1990 at The Country Club in Reseda, California, during their Into the Mirror Black tour. Approximately 1000 CD copies of this were made and less than 500 were ever distributed to radio stations and record stores. To date that has not happened. This CD has been heavily pirated over the years as a 2-on-1 CD with the Satan's Host "Metal From Hell" album on the notorious Reborn Classics record label.

Into the Mirror Black is the second studio album by the band Sanctuary, released on February 27, 1990. It was their last album before their 18-year breakup from 1992 to 2010. A video clip for the song "Future Tense" was made to promote the album. The video had some air play on MTV's Headbangers Ball. The album sold over 34,000 copies worldwide in its first week. All tracks written by Warrel Dane and Lenny Rutledge, except where noted. Warrel Dane – vocals. Lenny Rutledge – guitar.

Officially released just on vinyl but the album got bootlegged a few times by different companies. Officially rereleased by Horror Records in July 2007 as two different Picture LPs, both limited to 250 copies. A-Side is the original frontcover, both version only differ from their picture on the B-Side: version "Demon" has a picture of a yellow "sulphur demon" rising from flames and version "Satan's Host" has a bandpicture from 1986. Both come with Poster and thick Lyric/Artwork sheet
