I'm digoxin from the foxglove plant The last remaining VX from Anniston I'm an ACN and I'm DDT Tap into your spine I am a chemistry. It's a gas, a sarin for high tea A C4H10FO2P puts you on your knees A sulfur dichloride with ethylene I say it again: I am a chemistry. She doesn't need my help poisoning the well beneath the rue leaves She only needs my help pleasuring herself beneath the rue leaves.

Yeasayer - I Am Chemistry (MP3). Formed by longtime friends Chris Keating and Anand Wilder (who both serve as principle songwriters and frontmen of the group), along with bassist Ira Wolf Tuton, in the mid-2000s, the trio quickly became one of the key players in the blog buzz-driven Brooklyn scene with the release of their 2007 debut album, All Hour Cymbals. The first song released from the album, "I Am Chemistry" shows that Yeasayer have lost none of their sense of adventure in their time away. What initially jerks and pops with the strange allure of an alien dancefloor filler soon concedes to the band's more experimental textures, drifting into a percolating middle-section.
Yeasayer have kept a relatively low profile since the release of their third full-length, 2012’s Fragrant World, offering only the occasional Charli XCX remix and high-tech music video. 2016 looks to be the year the Brooklyn natives plan to resurface, however. Following a string of teaser clips late last month, Yeasayer have let loose a brand new song dubbed I Am Chemistry
I Am Chemistry by Yeasayer, released 01 April 2016. We were jokingly calling this our classic rock record at one point, referencing The Turtles or the Stones or Fleetwood Mac, laughs Yeasayer’s Chris Keating while describing his band’s fifth LP, Erotic Reruns. But really, this is Yeasayer distilling all their strengths, while paring them to their essence. Intros are shortened, hooks are immediate, and its songs are concise, all the fat trimmed.
