Recorded at studios in California and New York City, it was produced by guitarist Chad I Ginsburg and released on June 28, 2005, by Island Records in North America and Mercury Records in Europe. The album reached number 35 on the US Billboard 200, the highest position achieved by the band to date.

Sound - 10 This CD is the greatest Cky album yet. On this CD, Deron and Chad bust out some of the most craziest riffs ever. Deron shows that he can also play acoustic guitar extremely well, on the song Behind The Screams, which is an instrumental. The music is very aggressive, but without being metal. This is truely a fantastic CD. Lyrics - 10 Deron uses a wide range of vocals on this record, he has an amazing voice in my opinion
