Little Mikey was a fictional boy played by John Gilchrist in an American television commercial promoting Quaker Oats' breakfast cereal Life. The ad was created by art director Bob Gage, who also directed the commercial. It first aired in 1972. The popular ad campaign featuring Mikey remained in regular rotation for more than 12 years and ended up as one of the longest continuously running commercial campaigns ever aired.
A Little More Time Lyrics. I've been runnin' so fast I didn't see the world pass me by Just kept spinnin on without me Monday turned to Friday like a blur January was July And I don't know why Been poppin' pills and seeing shrinks Tellin me all about my anxiety. Time to breathe, time to be me, time to learn Time to fall, time to save myself from it all. I just need some time to break away from this state mind I want to find a lighter side of me Always try to please everybody thinks I'm so strong But sometimes I get weak They give me all there remedies When all I really need, is a little more time for me. More on Genius.
Album lyrics: 13/Becoming A Man. The Lamest Place in the World. Cause I’ve been looking in the back of the book for the answers Hoping the bell wouldn’t chime But I’m not ready to put down my pencil just set There are too many answers that I didn’t get I need a little less pressure and a little more time.
Album: The Great Unknown, 2015. Here's the official music video for "Hold On Forever" from my album 'The Great Unknown'. Rob Thomas is one of modern music’s most compelling and commercially successful artists. For twenty years, he has been the frontman and primary composer for alternative rock band Matchbox Twenty, leading the quintet to multiplatinum success over the course of four albums and hits that include Push, 3AM, Bent, If You’re Gone, and Unwell. Thomas’ first solo albums, 2005’s platinum-certified album ‘Something To Be’ and 2009’s ‘cradlesong’ generated the hit singles Lonely No More, This is How A Heart Breaks, Her Diamonds and Someday
Give me just a little more time, Maybe we will Find the words that will change our minds. Oh, give me just a little more time. Give me just a little more time, I don't want to Leave the weight in this place behind. Give me just a little more time). Ghosts white in the moonlight and the car breathes smoke in the middle of the night. All tangled up in the telephone lines and dry eyes. When you hold me close, Pretend like you don't want to let me go. And take the long way home, Soft as the radio
