This "The Very Best o. .album is well named in that it contains all of their top 100 hits except "My Kind of Lady". This means that 8 of the 15 tracks on this album are charting tracks. The album was originally released in 1986 in Europe as Supertramp - The Story So Far and in 1987 in the US as Supertramp Classics as part of A&M's 25th Anniversary series here in the States.
