My Home's in Alabama" is a song written by Randy Owen and Teddy Gentry, and recorded by American country music band Alabama. It was released in January 1980 as the second single and title track from the album My Home's in Alabama. In the years since its release, "My Home's in Alabama" became widely considered as the song that sparked the band's rise to eventual superstardom.
Between the Sheets is the 22nd album released by The Isley Brothers on their T-Neck imprint on April 24, 1983. The album is notable for the title track, the follow-up hit "Choosey Lover", and the ballad "Touch Me". The song also appeared in the 2007 comedy film, Norbit. The Isley Brothers recorded songs for the album to react to disappointing sales of their albums, Inside You and The Real Deal, albums that failed to sell and produce no hit single.
Two Yanks In England (LP, Album, Unofficial, Red). Songs: Pretty Flamingo (Mark Barkan) and Somebody Help Me (Jackie Edwards), these being covers of course of Manfred Mann and Spencer Davis Group 1966 hits.
