The Delta Machine Tour was a worldwide concert tour by English electronic music band Depeche Mode in support of the group's 13th studio album, Delta Machine, released 22 March 2013. Following a warm-up show in Nice, France on 4 May 2013, the tour kicked off in Tel Aviv, Israel, and continued through Europe until late July. With Depeche Mode set to formally launch its new album Delta Machine this evening a performance on the Live on Letterman concert series, the band today unveiled the long-awaited dates to its North American tour, a trek that opens Aug. 22 in Detroit and runs through Oct. 8 in Phoenix. The band’s 2013 world tour launches May 4 in France and continues late July in Europe (see dates below), with as-yet-unannounced North American dates to follow. Delta Machine is due out March 26.
