Worship Music is the tenth studio album by American thrash metal band Anthrax. The album was released on September 12, 2011 internationally, and on September 13 in the United States. It was the band's first album of original material since 2003's We've Come for You All, the first full-length Anthrax album since the return of longtime vocalist Joey Belladonna, and the final album with guitarist Rob Caggiano prior to his departure in January 2013.

Not only is Worship Music Anthrax's first studio release in eight years, but the album marks the return of vocalist Joey Belladonna, whose last studio work with the band was 1990's Persistence of Time. Belladonna is now firmly back in the Anthrax line up wiht drummer Charlie Benante, guitarists Scott Ian and Robb Caggiano, and bassist Frank Bello. Worship Music really seems to have made the 20 or so years without Joey worth the wait. His vocal performance is even more classic metal than ever before. There are even hints of Dickenson in the performances when he hits the lower registers. The writing, performance, and everything else on this album are top notch.
After the group parted ways with Nelson shortly before the album's projected release, Belladonna was welcomed back into the fold, and all the vocals were re-recorded
