It was released in November 1978, just nine months after Bushs successful debut album The Kick Inside, Lionheart reached n. on the UK Albums Chart and has been certified Platinum by the BPI. The first single taken from the album, Hammer Horror, missed the UK Top 40, the follow-up single, was released on the back of Bushs UK tour and became a UK Top 20 hit.

Live at Hammersmith Odeon is a live concert performance by the British singer Kate Bush. The complete show consisted on twenty-four songs. The performance consists mainly of songs from The Kick Inside and Lionheart with a new song "Violin"; which would subsequently appear on Bush's third studio album Never for Ever in 1980. In September 1979, Bush released an EP of four tracks recorded at the final dates of her only major tour, called On Stage, which reached in the UK singles chart. The EP includes a performance of "L'Amour Looks Something Like You" which was cut from the abridged live album
