Controversy is the fourth studio album by American recording artist Prince, released on October 14, 1981 by Warner Bros. It was produced by Prince, written (with the exception of one track) by him, and he also performed most of the instruments on its recording. Controversy opens with the title track, which raises questions that were being asked about Prince at the time, including his race and sexuality. The song "flirts with blasphemy" by including a chant of The Lord's Prayer.

Sexuality was the fourth and final single to be released from Prince's fourth album Controversy, released around ten months after the album. The single was released in West Germany, Japan and Australia only. The album version of the title track was used as the A-side. The B-side, Controversy, was also taken from the album. The single failed to enter the charts in any of the territories it was released in. Track listing.

Pictured in 1988, Prince stands resplendently Prince-like in polka dots: black on white in the trouser, rising via a sylph-like waist to black on white for the shirt and tie. It is butch and femme; assertive and demure; a tease and as tough as nails. It is, in all its gender and fashion-blurring brilliance, Prince. Prince was a peacock. Prince very visibly loved fashion, and he wore it with such ferocity and passion that he demanded we didn’t laugh at his outlandishness-we went along with it, and applauded each new act of sartorial maximalism he executed. He had fun with fashion. He would have blanched at jeans and a T-shirt.

Come is the fifteenth studio album by American recording artist Prince. It was released on August 16, 1994 by Warner Bros. At the time of its release, Prince was in a public dispute with his then-record company, Warner Bros. The album would be Prince's final Warner Bros. album under his name. For the remainder of his contract with the company, his name would be represented by the "Love Symbol", and he would be referred to as "The Artist Formerly Known as Prince".
