Markee Ledge (born Mark Davies; 1974 in Springburn, Glasgow, Scotland) and is the founding member of British electronic music group Kosheen. Markee began his musical production career on Ruffneck Ting as Substance releasing projects such as 'Homeboyz', 'Damn Right' and 'LF-Ant' and with vocalist Hazel, on his first album release "Substance Spectrum" was released on RuffNeck Ting Records in 1998.

Markee Ledge’s 2015 solo album ‘Elevate’ was initiated from these sessions. The LP continued the Kosheen vibe with big vocal fronted tracks but with a greater emphasis on cutting edge, instrumental productions to satisfy the current UK underground music scene’s desire for deeper sounds. 2016 saw releases on seminal bass music label Tempa and cutting edge techno imprint Skeleton, as well as the ‘Saturn’ remixes from ‘Elevate’ and the lead single from his second solo album, Dark & Shady, on his own Zonal label
Markee Ledge’s latest release is on the industry respected Tempa Records. After receiving massive support from Rinse FM and DJ Youngsta.
