While the group's debut album is definitely more avant garde than pop, it is a shame 'Empire State Human', 'Blind Youth', or 'The Path of Least Resistance' didn't chart properly.
The Human League: Ian Craig Marsh, Martyn Ware, Philip Oakey. I remember picking up the vinyl album of 'Reproduction' back in 1980. Now, 25 years later I decided to pick up the CD version with the wonderful inclusion of the Dignity of Labor 12" . Even including the Flexi-Disc) that I didn't get with my copy.

Good to see it get a shoutout on this site. Everyone thinks of Dare when you mention The Human League; this is their best one IMO. The cover of 'You've Lost That Loving Feeling' is one of the best I've ever heard, it's so icy. 'Blind Youth' is great too. Tom93M April 16th 2011.
