The Seeds is the debut album by American garage rock band The Seeds. It was released in April 1966 through GNP Crescendo Records and produced by Marcus Tybalt and Sky Saxon. After the release of two singles in 1965, "Can't Seem to Make You Mine" and "Pushin' Too Hard", the album was released and charted in the United States where it peaked at No. 132 on the Billboard Top LPs & Tapes chart.

The Heligoats have announced a new album Back To The Ache for a March 19th release date. To be released on CD and digital via Greyday Records with vinyl release following on May 21st, Back To The Ache follows 2010’s acclaimed debut, Goodness Gracious. That release had two singles profiled by NPR, a Daytrotter Session and spent seven weeks on CMJ’s top 200. At its heart, The Heligoats is Chris Otepka (vocals/guitar) and home to his wonderfully weird and diverse compositions.
