Retribution is the second studio album by Florida death metal band Malevolent Creation. It was produced and engineered by Scott Burns. The opening song, "Eve of the Apocalypse", contains the theme music from the 1986 controversial psychological horror/crime film, Henry: Portrait of a Serial Killer. All lyrics written by Brett Hoffmann, all music composed by Malevolent Creation. Brett Hoffman - vocals. Rob Barrett - lead guitar. Phil Fasciana - rhythm guitar. Jason Blachowicz - bass. Alex Marquez - drums.

LP (12" album, 33 rpm), Import. Malevolent Creation Format: Vinyl. Retribution is an excellent example of brutal death metal played with skill and overflowing with riffs. It still has some of the thrash flavor of their debut, The Ten Commandments, but Malevolent turns up the death metal assault here with plenty of blast beats, more aggressive vocals, and more grinding riffs. The rest of the album is far from filler
