They formed out of previous local bands Shades of Amber and Unition. They disbanded in mid-2008, but reunited for one final show in March 2011. In May the band announced that the reunion would be permanent.

Still Remains album Of Love And Lunacy is a great album, which I really like, the band is tight and whether you like metalcore or not it cannot be debated that Still Remains play together well. Unlike many metalcore bands like As I Lay Dying where some people find the vocals a little hard to like Still Remains are that little bit easier on the ears making them more likeable to people who don’t fully understand the ways of metalcore however this isn’t to say that those who are true to the metalcore genre won’t like.

Michigan rockers Still Remains have announced their first UK shows in nearly a decade. The band return to the UK in October for 9 headline shows, bringing Wars and Carcer City as their special guests. Signed to Roadrunner Records, Still Remains released their widely praised debut album Of Love and Lunacy in 2005.
